Vehicle Description
Late 1999 Model Year Alpine 36SDS (Side Door, Slide) Motor home built by Western Recreational Vehicles (WRV). What does Late 1999 Model Year mean? This motor home has the very large living area windows of the 1999 models with the full body paint and vastly upgraded interior of the 2000 model year units. Alas, it carries a 1999 VIN.
The engine is a Cummins 8.3 Liter ISC 330 hp/950 ft-lbs torque coupled to an Allison 3060 6-speed automatic transmission.

This is a very nice motor home. Well-suited for long term travel or full-timing.

The only problems at the moment are:

There is a small dent in the rear right compartment door but it works fine.

The kitchen and bathroom needs new floor covering (when the original vinyl got messed up I hand painted the floor) and it could use new carpeting (it is 9 years old).

and

When I arrived in Florida the room slide would not go out. I think the humidity swelled the wood. I've had an estimate done on the flooring and the room slide. I will deduct the cost from the price or I will have the repairs done for you from your deposit.

Other than those three things it's in perfect condition. That means the engine and generator are in excellent condition. All the maintenance records will come with it.
